Methods of Payment/Billing

Credit cards and Paypal are the only payment methods accepted when settling purchases online on www.procapltee.com .Please note that the email confirmation you will receive shortly after placing an order on www.procapltee.com will constitute your proof of contract with Procap Ltd. Please also note that you can view your order history at all times, once logged in to your account on www.procapltee.com .

Prices

Orders placed on www.procapltee.com will be billed at the price indicated on the site.

Procap Ltd reserves the right to modify the prices of the products sold through its website at any time, without prior notice. All the prices displayed on the Procap Ltd website are shown in Canadian Dollars.

The prices displayed on Procap Ltd do not include taxes and shipping charges.

Shipping

Procap Ltd gives you the opportunity to receive your product at the address of your choice.

Procap Ltd will not ship your order until your payment transaction is successfully completed.

Shipping charges for orders under $200.00 before taxes may vary from a province to another. It may be more depending the province of delivery. Shipping delays vary according to destination. In general, the products ordered on the Procap Ltd website are delivered within 2 to 5 days following the order confirmation in large urban centers and within 3 to 10 working days in remote areas or cities located outside the Province of Québec.

Your order is subject to the delivery rules and policies of Nationex or Canada Post, shipping services used by Procap Ltd to deliver the goods ordered on its site.

Product Availability

Procap Ltd makes every effort to stock sufficient quantities of products sold through its website. However Procap Ltd cannot guarantee the availability of such products. In addition, Procap Ltd accepts no responsibility for damages resulting from inventory shortages or delivery delays.

If Procap Ltd finds itself unable to deliver the product or products you ordered on its website, you will be notified by email.

Order Cancellations

To cancel an order made through the Procap Ltd website, simply contact Customer Service within the following open day of your purchase by dialling toll free 1-800- 361-1931 from Monday to Friday, between 8:30 and 16:30 (Eastern Time). Please quote the order number mentioned in the email you have received and Procap Ltd will credit your account with the amount of that purchase at the earliest possible convenience.

Merchandise Returns

Procap Ltd accepts returns for items purchased on www.procapltee.com in the first 30 days following the purchase, under the condition that they were received defective or damaged. The total amount of the returned merchandise purchased online will be credited to the account debited at the time of purchase.

You may return merchandise in its original packaging, accompanied by a copy of the order confirmation email received at the time of purchase, to the following address:

Upon receipt of your parcel, all merchandises are verified and will be credited on your account within 5 open days. Procap Ltd will notify you by email.

Note:
If the merchandise was in good condition at the time of delivery, you must assume all costs connected with the delivery and return.

However, if the merchandise was found to be damaged or defective at the time of delivery, or if the item received is not what you ordered, Procap Ltd will refund both the cost of the merchandise and the shipping costs.

Important:
Procap Ltd cannot be held liable for damage sustained by the merchandise while it is being returned. It is therefore in your interest to select a recognized shipping service that offers insurance.

Guarantees

Procap Ltd provides a replacement warranty or will grant refunds on products purchased on www.procapltee.com within the first 30 days following the purchase. This warranty only concerns defective products.

Privacy Policy

Procap Ltd collects and uses your personal information for the sole purpose of conducting its operations and will not divulge it to a third party unless it is necessary to do so in order to provide you with adequate service. Liability

Any dispute arising from sales or credits, or from any breach of the provisions that apply to Procap Ltd online sales will fall under the jurisdiction of the Québec courts.

Force majeure

Clients who use the website understand that Procap Ltd cannot be held responsible for failure to meet its obligations, or for any damages and/or losses incurred as a result of a fortuitous event or act of God.
